ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist / Assistant Office Manager (f/m/d) (10-20 hrs) for our centrally-located office in Berlin-Schöneberg.
Please note that due to the kind of tasks associated to this position, the successful candidate must be physically present at the office location during office hours.
The Assistant Office Manager (f/m/d) works from our front desk/reception and welcomes visitors and employees arriving at the office. In this role you will work alongside our existing Office Manager to take care of all office-related topics. You will be in close contact with several suppliers, e.g. landlord, craftsmen and vendors.
