Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This position plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while managing a high volume of phone calls and front-desk activity. The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.    Key Responsibilities: * Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival * Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone * Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized * Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed * Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and basic filing * Support  and assist the Customer Service team * Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth front office operations * Support internal team members with administrative or clerical tasks as requested Qualifications Requirements: * Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role * Comfortable managing a high volume of phone traffic in a professional manner * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency with office equipment and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems) * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Dependable, punctual, and able to handle tasks independently   Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or GED Required * At least one year of directly related or closely related experience   Working Conditions: * Typical office environment * Frequent social interaction
