About the role
We’re looking for a caring, dedicated Receptionist-Doctor’s Assistant who wants to grow a long-term career. In addition to helping with some reception duties such as taking calls from patients you will also closely with Dr. Nusbaum and the clinical team, learning world‑class spinal decompression and class IV Summus laser therapy. No prior experience with our technologies required — we provide comprehensive, hands‑on training and ongoing mentorship.

  • Operate and assist with spinal decompression and class IV laser therapy while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Teach and guide therapeutic stretches and simple exercise plans.
  • Support front‑desk tasks: scheduling, patient calls, and follow‑ups.
  • Keep treatment areas organized and welcoming; light daily housekeeping.
