Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors, job applicants, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate interview timings with the recruitment team.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes if required.
Assist in the collection and filing of candidate documents (resumes, application forms).
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for document collection and basic communication.
Release cheques or payment documents to suppliers, third parties as per company protocols.
Ensure proper logging and acknowledgment for all cheque disbursements.
Provide administrative support to HR and Operations departments when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,250.00 per month
