WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a qualified, professional, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish) to help oversee our day-to-day front desk operations, manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
This is a Full time, Remote, Bilingual position with a M- F (9:30 AM to 5 PM) schedule. The pay range for this position is $5-$6/hour.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a receptionist required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • EMR experience preferred.

· Ability to work in a confidential environment, dealing with sensitive information, and maintain high level of confidentiality.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Positive and energetic personality/ excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Flexibility in a rapidly growing and changing work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including some familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home with no or minimum distraction.

Pay: BsF323.23 - BsF387.88 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities

· Receive inbound calls from patients, and our referral sources with friendliness and warmth; Answer incoming calls to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate team members.

  • Make outbound calls to patients for scheduling appointments.
  • Actively seek to optimize the patients’ and guests’ experience.
  • Input information into the electronic medical record.
  • Monitor when translation is needed or not needed.
  • Successful candidate should be very professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work; be warm, kind and friendly yet efficient and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
