OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our Physiotherapy office, where you will manage various administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role .
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties in an office setting.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in Physiotherapy as a asset .

    Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
