JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Female Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software applications.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes are essential for success in this role.
