JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an office setting is required; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Experience with data entry and filing systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
