JOB OVERVIEW

Busy Multidisciplinary Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Naturopathic Clinic looking for a Part Time assistant/receptionist. We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred; experience in Chiropractic or Massage Therapy office is a plus.
  • Expereience in HCAI and Juvonno systems would be helpful
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and data management tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; phone etiquette is essential.
  • Ability to handle clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred; strong verbal communication skills are required.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support including billings to extended health and HCAI.
  • Assist with tasks as needed.
  • Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
  • Covering sick days and/or vacation when needed
