Cadence Care Network is looking for a candidate for a front desk receptionist position to service our behavioral health office in Toledo, OH.

THE RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a medical office/setting and operating a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to provide quality and friendly customer service to clients/families.
  • Minimum high school diploma.
    Work hours: Monday through Friday daytime.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $16.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and clients and route them to the appropriate party.
  • Assure visitors and clients sign in at the front desk.
  • Answer all incoming calls through the Cadence Care phone system and forward to the appropriate staff member. Provide courteous service to individuals calling into the agency. Take accurate messages when necessary and route to appropriate staff member.
  • Make necessary appointment reminder phone calls for in office sessions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook calendar to review in office scheduled appointments.
  • Monitor incoming faxes and/or documentation and direct to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain the lobby and reception area in a neat and clean manner.
  • Prepare and assemble new client intake packets.
  • Maintain and update client/parent contact information as it relates to the front desk as needed.
  • Collect any insurance information and payments at the time of service.
  • Perform general office/administrative duties as assigned.
  • Attend necessary staff meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy in regard to clients served and employees.
