JOB OVERVIEW

Calnen Photography is looking for a motivated and personable person for a front desk receptionist role at our Spring Garden Studio. Duties will include interacting with clients to book sessions, coordinating pick-up for finished photography packages, and other customer service related tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous office experience is preferred; clerical experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills with proficiency in data entry tasks.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
