Handle billing and payment transactions accurately. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using office equipment and software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
