Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Clinic Administrator to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with prior experience in beauty/aesthetic clinics who is confident managing bookings, supporting doctors and therapists, handling stock, and engaging clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations: client bookings, scheduling, payments, and daily clinic coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service and client communication both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist in treatment sales by explaining services and recommending packages.
  • Support clinic operations including stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with admin tasks, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Contribute to social media management: posting updates, replying to client queries, and maintaining online engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a beauty or aesthetics clinic in a front desk/admin role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Confident in selling treatments, packages, and managing client relationships.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with digital booking systems and social media platforms.
