Complete Balance Health Centre is an award-winning clinic in south Etobicoke operating in the neighbourhood for 10 years strong! Our company is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill a Front Desk Receptionist position at our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting patients in a friendly manner. The ideal individual for this position is detail oriented, professional, organized and able to work independently with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls and email inquiries
  • Booking patients, rescheduling cancellations, and processing payments
  • Direct patient care concerns to appropriate practitioners or staff members
  • File, scan, and maintain patient records
  • Handle insurance billings and claims
  • Maintain a high-level of customer service and professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong computer skills to navigate clinic programs and software
  • Use discretion when sharing confidential information on behalf of patients

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
