Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist/Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and community partners. This role is responsible for delivering professional, culturally responsive, and efficient front office support while ensuring confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, and a welcoming environment aligned with NNCC’s mission and values.
