In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, explaining insurance benefits and collecting patient payments. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills in order to successfully perform this role. Job Responsibilities Include: Providing the highest level of customer service Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner Schedule patient appointments Update and maintain patient information in our EMR system Collect copays and other payments Explaining insurance benefits Maintain a clean and organized reception area Answer patient questions and provide guidance Process patient intake forms Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual with experience in customer service. The candidate must enjoy helping others, as this is the main purpose of our company.
