POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience, while also supporting the daily operations of the clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality (clinic or spa setting is an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude
