Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
  • Maintain office supplies and general organization of the front desk
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Support administrative tasks across departments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus
  • Candidate with own visa is prefered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
