We’re a friendly dental clinic and a part of a large dental corporation in Toronto, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our clinic is all about providing state-of-the art care while making patients feel comfortable and at home. If you’re someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and being the first smiling face people see, we’d love to meet you.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, making a positive and lasting impression while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
· Verify and update patient information in the electronic health record system
· Collect and process patient payments, including insurance verification and billing inquiries
· Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure all patient interactions adhere to privacy regulations (HIPAA)
· Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient scheduling
· Assist with the preparation of patient charts and documentation for treatments
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies
· Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients
· Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences
