OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy dental office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. This role requires strong phone etiquette, administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a dental office or similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with Dentrix and Recall Max is an asset.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computerized office systems and standard office procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy setting.
  • Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
