Examinetics is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our expanding team! This is a full time position at our Overland Park, KS office location. The hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees—responsible for setting the tone of the organization through exceptional service and professionalism. This position manages front office operations, provides administrative support, and ensures a welcoming and organized environment. Benefits: * Comprehensive Health, Vision, Dental Coverage * 401(k) Plan with Employer Matching * 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Key Responsibilities: * Greet visitors and employees warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. * Enter client data into systems (Navision, MDP/XM3) and maintain internal databases. * Process outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS); track shipments and manage shipping logs. * Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the reception area and shared spaces. * Answer and route incoming calls via automated multiline system; relay messages and provide company information as needed. * Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed to ensure security procedures are followed * Maintain a professionally organized lobby and reception area. * Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with setting up when needed * Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g., scheduling, data entry, preparing documents) * Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary * Perform quality checks on packing slips, reports, and materials for accurate delivery; coordinate with staff for corrections. * Prepare and retrieve boxes for off-site storage. * Complete additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. * 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
