POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic front desk role. This position supports a small, low-traffic office and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking, moving around throughout the day, and providing both administrative and facilities-related support.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable being physically active throughout the day
  • Open to candidates with hotel front desk or service background

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with property management or facilities teams
  • Hands-on experience with processing expense reports
