This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer care skills and a keen interest in gaining experience in the front desk team of a four star hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills such as communication skills, organisational skills, customer care skills, IT skills, teamwork and managing customer complaints.
We are looking for someone with a warm, friendly outgoing personality. Presentation must be immaculate in line with a four star property. The ideal candidate will have previous customer care experience. Previous hospitality experience is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail in preparing and settling of guest bills.
This role does involve weekend work and 8 hour shift work including morning starts of 7am and finishing times of 11pm
