RECEPTIONIST

POS | UPSELLING | CROSS-SELLING

Locations: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE | Company: Kids HQ

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist guests professionally.

Operate POS for tickets, memberships, bookings & F&B.

Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Handle bookings, payments, and customer inquiries.

Achieve sales and service targets.

REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years’ experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Strong POS knowledge.

Excellent communication and sales skills.

Target-oriented and customer-focused.

UAE experience preferred.
