Our team of experienced instructors is committed to supporting students’ academic growth and helping families navigate their learning journey.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Richmond team. This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone organized, friendly, and passionate about helping students and families.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience in the education field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Canadian K–12 education system or overseas education is a plus
• Patient, friendly, and highly organized
• Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms like WeChat, Rednote, etc.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information about our programs
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with teachers and staff
• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documents
• Assist with classroom logistics and daily office operations
• Support with basic promotional tasks on platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Rednote)
• Help monitor and follow up on student or parent feedback
