Forrest Tax & Accounting Services is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The Receptionist will manage phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a polished demeanor to represent the firm’s brand at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments Manage client check-in/check-out process, including invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and uploading documents into Canopy.
  • Provide light administrative support (data entry, forms, envelopes, etc.).
  • Support the Office Coordinator with daily workflow as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
