OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or clerical work is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.

  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
