COMPENSATION RANGE Pay Range: $17.50/hr. – $19/hr. Shift: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with required rest and meal breaks. Full time, non-exempt. JOB SUMMARY Great Floors is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to support our Lacey, WA location. Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for department managers and/or staff. May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, set up and maintain files, provide associates with office supplies, prepare and sort mail, perform word-processing assignments, proofread, and research and compile special reports. May operate automated office equipment and utilize software. May assist in establishing office policies and procedures and coordinates special projects and department activities. May be assigned in various functional areas of the branch. Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting and welcomes visitors, clients, and associates in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Manages a multi-line phone system, answering incoming calls, and directs them to the appropriate personnel. Operates office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments. Maintain a clean, organized and professional front office and reception area. Assist staff with projects as needed. Monitors and maintains front office and general office supply inventory. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications High School education or equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping. Preferred Qualifications At least 1-2 years in a professional business environment Ability to present and articulate points clearly and effectively. Desire to be part of the team Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Ability to multitask and operate a multi-line phone system.
