JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be proficient in office management, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and practices is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
