Hi-Lon Glass Services Ltd. is an award-winning Glass Service Company that specializes in the repair or replacement of all makes and models of windows and doors. Partners with top Condo Property Manager Companies throughout the Greater Toronto area since 1968. Over the years, Hi-Lon has developed relationships with a large network of suppliers. This enables us to obtain parts for windows and doors that other service companies do not readily have access to. As a result, Hi-Lon is often able to repair problems for a reasonable price whereas many of our competitors can only replace entire units or systems.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist our to join team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Valid drivers license, with own vehicle
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office including Outlook, word and excel
  • Punctual with excellent attendance
  • Previous Window/Door Manufacturing Experience is considered an asset
    Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am- 3:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all walk-in customers and answers questions regarding Hi-Lon’s services
  • Take measurements of glass, screens and other materials
  • Provide advice to customers about our products
  • Enter orders into computer system and accept payments
  • Sort & Distribute mail
  • Assist with registration and organization of trade shows, staff events etc.
  • Provide customer service over the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate department
  • Notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup
  • Run errands (pick up supplies, drop off materials etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, lobby and front office
  • Provide coverage and assist with overflow in other departments when necessary
  • Filing as necessary
  • Additional duties as assigned
