Description We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and provide administrative support to our Human Resources Team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive HR information confidentiality and securely, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records Handle filing and organization of documents in accordance with office procedures Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele Previous experience in front desk or human resource roles is preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Experience in a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous Administrative experience with strong understanding of confidentiality Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment Administrative assistant experience is beneficial for calendar management and support duties Position Type: This is a full-time in office position located in Wixom, MI. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the expectation to maintain a regular work schedule. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Requirements Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience. Minimum one year experience in a similar position. Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook experience. Preferred Education and Experience: 2+ years experience in a similar position. HR education and/or experience is a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology. - Full Benefits after 30 Days!!
