For Intralox’s state-of-the-art facility in Hoofddorp, we have a career opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist. This role will be on-site and preferably full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet guests and clients like a pro — with warmth, confidence, and a touch of charm.
  • Handling all incoming phone calls — you’ll be the friendly and efficient voice of the company.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and maintenance teams — you’ll know who’s coming in, why they’re here, and make sure they’re taken care of.
  • Creating visitor badges and managing access — security meets hospitality.
  • Setting up travel profiles for employees — helping our team get where they need to go, hassle-free.
  • Supporting administrative facility tasks — from booking meeting rooms and managing office supplies to coordinating minor repairs and updating facility systems.
  • Keeping the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming — because first impressions matter.
