JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales or customer service, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves indoor sales responsibilities with a focus on building long-term customer relationships for our car care services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Gender: Female
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales; automotive or car care industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Presentable, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
• Must be currently based in the UAE, preferably in or near Sharjah.

• Actively promote and sell car care products and services to walk-in customers and corporate clients.
• Identify potential leads through cold calling, visits, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide detailed product information and recommend appropriate services based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings and events.
