Description

Responsibilities:
-Process and issue customer orders and invoices and any additional paperwork for outgoing deliveries
-Prepare delivery schedules
-Coordinate on inventory management
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
-Assist customers in finding products and Provide product stock availability
-Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
-Other duties assigned
Quanlification:
-Important – Spoken languages – Chinese and English;
-Post secondary education is required
-1 year of administrative /office experience
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong customer service skills
-Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
-Effective time management skills
-Self-Starter with distinct attention to detail and flexibility to handle diverse tasks
-Strong communication skills; written and verbal
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
