Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized FEMALE Front Desk Receptionist with OWN VISA to join our Fitness Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a Fitness club, Office Admin, Reception or relevant role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Great time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities, working to deadlines
  • Conscientious, with good attention to detail and taking pride in your work
  • Able to work unsupervised with self-initiative
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethics, confident & professional
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A good team player and proactive to create a positive experience for others
  • Good customer service skills and handling pressure
  • Flexible to work in the required hours

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a front desk or Reception.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
