As Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be the glue that holds the office together. This position requires a strong, experienced and seasoned professional that understands what the word “team” truly means.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Client file prep
- Basic accounts payable / receiveable support
Experience:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with order entry processes and inventory management systems
- Previous experience in office administration or receptionist role is preferred
- Knowledge of quickbooks is a plus
- Property management skills are a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
