JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience in spa field is a plus but not required.
  • Helping with laundry and cleaning
  • Assisting with keeping service providers on time
