SKILLS

  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in front desk roles or as a dental/medical receptionist is preferred.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with strong administrative capabilities.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with office management processes and personal assistant experience is advantageous.
