POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, and confident Receptionist who can handle front desk responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism, especially in interactions with our valued investors. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of the company — courteous, efficient, and composed under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role (experience in financial/investment industry preferred)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus)
· Nationality: Russain Preferably
· Professional appearance and a positive attitude
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Ability to remain calm and courteous when dealing with investors or high-pressure situations
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in business administration is a plus
· Welcome investors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor
· Manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
· Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, professional, and presentable
· Schedule and coordinate investor meetings and appointments
· Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms, refreshments, and investor-related materials
· Manage basic administrative tasks, document handling, and email correspondence
· Provide accurate information to clients and investors when needed
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive investor interactions with discretion
