MC Group Hotels is seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and tenants. This role handles front desk duties, ensures smooth operations across both hotels, and contributes to creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office software (REI Cloud or take initiative to learn).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability to work between two hotels.
  • Flexible to work 2-5 shifts per week depending on operations.
  • Willingness to work weekdays or weekends.
  • Immediate start.
  • Positive, “willing to learn” attitude.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $44,137.00 – $74,942.66 per year

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services:
  • Check-in/check-out hotel guests and assist with inquiries.
  • Provide information on services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Tenant Services:
  • Greet tenants and assist with requests (e.g., maintenance, building access).
  • Schedule and follow up on service requests.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and process necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain records of guest and tenant interactions.
  • Security & Safety:
  • Monitor building security protocols and assist in emergencies.
  • Maintenance Coordination:
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure common areas are tidy.
