Description We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-minded Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first person our members and guests meet. Your main tasks include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, responding to event questions, and scheduling meetings. You will also book lunch, brunch, and dinner reservations and help with administrative tasks. Depending on experience, this pays $24.00-$26.00 USD per hour. Must demonstrate the ability to work in the US without restrictions. Requirements Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally. Managing phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members. Maintaining the front desk area to ensure it is welcoming, organized, and presentable. Assisting members with reservations for club facilities, dining, and events. Handling administrative tasks, managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Providing accurate information about club services, programs, and activities. Assisting with occasional event coordination and logistical support. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist position. Experience in hospitality or private clubs is a plus. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel & Outlook Experience with ReserveCloud, Prissm (formerly AIISeated), and Club Essentials is a plus. A warm, approachable demeanor and a polished, professional appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must demonstrate the ability to work in the US without restrictions.
