Description We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team at the front desk. Hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs - 4:30p-7p, Weekends - Sat 2p-7p and Sun 9a-2p Apply Today!! Join our team at Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH, a 120-bed facility known for providing exceptional short and long-term care in a warm, supportive environment tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Job Responsibilities: Warmly acknowledge and greet visitors, guests, residents, and vendors Operate multi-line telephone system, direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments Receive and relay requests within the facility via paging system Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, vendors, etc. Adhere to safety procedures when operating office equipment; report malfunctions Assist with preparing new admission materials as requested Coordinate dietary slips daily and perform administrative tasks for various departments Requirements High School Diploma or GED; At least one year’s experience working in a customer service related field preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap.
Responsibilities
