Description Join the Team! Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming environment. Handle incoming calls, greet guests, and perform general administrative duties. Assist HR/OPS and other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and clerical tasks. Greet guests in a friendly, joyful, hospitable manner. Open and close visitor area (e.g., blinds, lights) as well as maintain it in a clean and order manner Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. Provide callers with company information (address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.). Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; maintain and route publications. Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Document and celebrate team member successes. Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating. Support HR/ERISA-related administrative tasks. Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and accept direction on assignments. Office 365/Suite Experience Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands and Work Environment Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
