We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist & Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for dogs, excellent customer service skills, and strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

✅ Have a strong understanding of dog breeds, coat types, grooming styles, and standard cuts.
✅ Be able to answer client questions regarding appropriate grooming options for their pet’s coat type.
✅ Assist in coordinating grooming schedules to balance dog temperament, size, and service requirements.
✅ Provide support to the team by relaying client requests accurately.

SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or office administrator role in a dog grooming salon, veterinary clinic, pet care business, or similar industry.
    ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills – must be professional, patient, and friendly.
    ✔ Knowledge of dog breeds, grooming styles, and common breed-specific cuts.
    ✔ Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Calendar, and appointment scheduling software.
    ✔ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
    ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    ✔ Experience handling client records, invoicing, and payment processing.

Responsibilities
