Description:

RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED

We’re seeking a dedicated receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team at a thriving wellness clinic.
Your role will encompass general reception duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries, as well as billing clients’ insurance assist with general cleaning, along with ongoing laundry tasks for our busy clinic.
Required Skills:
- Experience in general reception duties.
- Highly organized; with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in billing clients’ insurance.
- Ability to handle general cleaning and laundry tasks on a daily basis.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$23.61 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
