JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
