Job Description: Receptionniste
Position Overview:
The receptionniste is the first point of contact for clients, guests, or visitors. Their role involves managing front desk activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. They create a welcoming atmosphere and represent the company or organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Address inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Direct guests or clients to the appropriate person or department.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, phone calls).
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
  • Maintain and update records, files, or databases.
  1. Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • Relay messages promptly and accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of interactions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Bilingualism (if required by location or organization).

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
