TENNIS CLUB RECEPTIONIST POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Tennis Club. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service to members and visitors, and ensure smooth communication between players, coaches, and management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role (hospitality or sports club experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, booking software, and POS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Preferably Female

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of tennis or sports club operations.
  • Bilingual (English + Arabic or another language) is an advantage.
  • Basic sales or marketing background to support promotions and membership drives.

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries; handle bookings and scheduling of courts, lessons, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and reservations.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide information about club services, coaching programs, tournaments, and membership packages.
  • Assist members with registration, renewals, and general queries.
  • Address complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Process payments (cash, card, online) and issue receipts.
  • Support coaches and management with documentation, filing, and communication.
  • Prepare daily reports on bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Event & Facility Coordination
  • Assist in organizing tournaments, club events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with facility staff for smooth court operations.
  • Ensure proper usage of courts, equipment, and clubhouse facilities.
