JOB SUMMARY

Pulse Laser Clinic is a premium award winning Clinic and we a seeking a dynamic individual to become part our of team for the front of house role.
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment while performing various administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with administrative experience.
  • This job is for a Wednesday and Saturday ( the days are fixed and cannot be changed)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated typing ability with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with booking software for the beauty industry beneficial but not essential
  • Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
