JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Support office staff with general tasks as needed.
